Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by completing the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and leaving it at the surgery. Repeat prescription handed in before 11 am will be completed by the next working day. Any repeat prescriptions that are handed in after 11 am will be processed within 48 hrs.
You can also order repeat prescriptions online using the Birmingham and Solihull Health App, using the MyGP app or using the NHS App.
The surgery now offers electronic prescriptions. Please speak to a member of staff to nominate your designated pharmacy to activate this.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
